What is a Media Portal and do I need to have one?
A Media Portal is a branded website for sharing assets stored in your QBank. You can use it as a Press Room, a Document Portal, Reseller Portal, or essentially, whatever you wish. It is one of our more popular features that you can choose to add on. Learn more about media portals
Can QBank DAM integrate with my existing tools and software (e.g., CMS, PIM, CRM, Adobe, Microsoft, etc.)?

Yes! QBank DAM seamlessly integrates with your existing tools, including CMS, PIM, CRM, Adobe, Microsoft, and many more. This makes it easy to manage and distribute your assets without disrupting your current workflow and works as your single source of truth.

 

How does QBank handle version control and asset history?
Version control is a standard feature in QBank DAM, and it is managed at the asset level. Each time an asset is updated or modified, a new version is created, allowing you to track changes, view previous versions, and easily restore older versions when needed. This ensures full control over asset history and maintains consistency throughout your workflows.
Can we customize the metadata structure to fit our needs?
Yes, QBank DAM allows you to fully customize the metadata structure to fit your specific needs.

You can define custom metadata fields, categories, and tags to ensure your digital assets are organized and easy to find. With flexible metadata management, you can optimize your assets for search, improve workflow, and enhance collaboration across your team.
Is there an AI-powered search or auto-tagging functionality?

Yes, QBank DAM includes AI-powered search and auto-tagging functionality.

The AI automatically analyzes your assets, assigns relevant tags, and helps categorize them for easy search and retrieval. This intelligent tagging and search system enhances asset discoverability, saving time and improving efficiency by making it easier to find the right content when you need it.

Implementation & integration

How long is the implementation period, usually?
The implementation of QBank depends on what types of configuration your DAM requires. If you add customizations the implementation will be a bit longer. 
What support do you offer during and after implementation?

QBank offers helpdesk and support 9-17 CET for all our clients. During the project, a dedicated team, led by a Project Manager, will be responsible for the implementation of QBank DAM including all the customization etc. 

When the project is delivered, QBank offers “hyper care” for two weeks. After the “hyper care” the project will be handed over to our Customer Success team for continuing the dialogue and support with the client. 

Can we migrate our existing digital assets into QBank DAM?
Yes. QBank has different modules to help with such migration. Migration can be done by the QBank team or by the customer with the help of the QBank team. 
Does QBank DAM support multiple users and user roles?
Yes, QBank offers a highly adaptable access model that allows users to be organized into groups and roles according to client requirements. Groups are used to manage access to assets and information within QBank, while roles determine the level of access to various functionalities in the platform.

Security & compliance

How secure is QBank DAM?
QBank is hosted on AWS, ensuring a reliable and secure infrastructure. To protect customer data, QBank uses encryption both in transit and at rest. Strict access controls ensure that only authorized users can access the data they are allowed to use. Additionally, QBank includes audit logging to track all system actions for enhanced security and compliance.
Where is the data stored?
Our customers' data is stored and processed within the AWS network in selected regions within the EU/EEA. QBank ensures that AWS does not transfer customer data outside these designated regions.
Can we choose on-premise or cloud hosting?
QBank is delivered as cloud-hosting.
Does QBank DAM support access controls and user permissions?
QBank’s access control and user permissions are built around Users, Groups, Roles, and Functionalities, ensuring a flexible and secure permission model.
  • Users and Groups define asset-level permissions, specifying what actions can be performed on individual assets.
  • Roles and Functionalities determine which features and system functionalities a user can access.
A User or Group can be assigned the following asset permissions: Add, View, Update, Delete, and Download.
Is QBank DAM compliant with GDPR?
Yes, QBank is compliant with GDPR.

Is there a project cost for integrations and connectors?

Yes, there is a project cost for setup and implementation. The pricing depends on factors such as previous experience, available pre-built integrations, or the need for a custom solution.

How many admins is included in each package?
Each package includes a set number of admins:
  • Starter: 5 admins
  • Business: 10 admins
  • Advanced: 15 admins
Admins are users who have access to the backend of QBank. If you need additional admins beyond the included amount, you can purchase extra licenses as needed.
