What is driving the price?
Number of admins, storage, add-on features, integrations and customizations.
Can I add extra admins later?
Yes, you may add extra admins as you go.
How much is an integration, and what drives the price?
The implementation cost is based on previous experiences and if we have an existing integration, out of the box. It's also a running cost on monthly basis.
Is your API free of charge?
No, our API is not free of charge. Please feel free to contact us for pricing, we're happy to help!
Is there a project cost for integrations and connectors?
Yes, there will be a project cost for setup and implementation. This cost is based on previous experiences or if we have an existing integration, or if it's an out-of-the-box solution.
Is there a limit of uploads that in the DAM system?
Yes and no. Yes, there is a limit on each package but, you can always add storage. And no, there is no overall limit to a QBank DAM system in terms of uploaded assets - the sky is the limit.
Is SSO (Single sign-on) included in the pricing or is there an aditional cost for it?
It depends on which package of QBank you choose. It's included in Business and Advanced
If you get SSO (Single sign-on) , is it included for both backend and media portals?
Yes, it is included.
Is migration of assets included in the pricing?
No, it´s not included as default. Contact us to learn more.
Is migration from an existing DAM tool included?
How much time it takes for you to get ready for a DAM implementation depends on your current situation. If you are migrating assets from another DAM solution you probably have some kind of structure and at least some metadata to go with your files. If this is your first DAM implementation you probably need to do some preparations before importing files, you need to locate all assets and you need to tag every asset, but, luckily we are DAM experts and we will guide you all the way.

What is a Media Portal and do I need to have one?
A Media Portal is a branded website for sharing assets stored in your QBank. You can use it as a Press Room, a Document Portal, Reseller Portal, or essentially, whatever you wish. It is one of our more popular features that you can choose to add on.

Starter: 5, Business: 10, Advanced: 15. Admins are users in the system, the backend of QBank.

How long is the implementation period, usually?
The implementation of QBank depends on what types of configuration your DAM requires. If you add customizations the implementation will be a bit longer.
