DAM Day 2026: an event for marketing and IT leaders

On October 15, DAM Day returns to Epicenter Stockholm for its 9th edition, and 100+ marketing and IT leaders will spend an afternoon on one question: how do leading organizations turn digital asset management into a single source of truth across complex, global operations?

It is free to attend. Spots are limited. Here is why it belongs in your calendar:

A day about how digital asset management actually works

This is a room full of people who run content operations for global organizations, sharing what works and how they got there.

The throughline this year is content at scale: AI and automation, metadata, integrations, governance, and getting the right asset to the right channel without friction. Practical and specific to the problems marketing and IT teams actually face.

Keynotes from ITT and The Nobel Prize among others

ITT: Michelle Sternkopf, Marketing Technology Specialist, is flying in from the U.S. to show how a global industrial company connects content across websites, partner portals, eCommerce, print-on-demand and employee tools. One source of truth, an entire digital ecosystem.

The Nobel Prize: Olof Somell runs the technology team at the Nobel organisation and marks 10 years with QBank DAM. For more than a century the Nobel Prize has recognised work for the greatest benefit to humankind. Protecting and using those assets across communications, museum installations and websites is more than brand management. It is a responsibility.

More speakers and the full agenda land shortly, see details on the DAM Day page: www.qbankdam.com/dam-day-2026

Room to network and mingle

The afternoon opens with keynotes and a panel in the Disruption Hall, then moves to the terrace for happy hour. There is room to network and mingle with peers along the way. The coffee break is hosted by Resultify. The happy hour is hosted by Showpad. The conversations that start on stage tend to continue over a drink.

Who DAM Day is for

If you are responsible for how your organization manages, distributes or gets value from its digital content, this day is for you.

Marketing leaders who want faster content operations and less time spent chasing files. IT leaders who own the systems, the integrations and the governance behind it all. DAM works best when both sides are in the room, which is exactly what DAM Day is built for.

The details

  • When: October 15, 2026, from 1:00 pm
  • Where: Epicenter, Malmskillnadsgatan 44a, 111 57 Stockholm
