The Board of Directors of QBNK Holding AB has appointed Jörgen Karlsson as the new CEO. He will succeed Jacob Philipsson and assume the role in the spring of 2026.
Jörgen Karlsson has extensive experience in the SaaS sector and international industrial companies, including CEO positions at Perstorp and WIFAG-Polytype groups, and most recently as Head of Sales for different Valsoft portfolio companies.
His mission is to continue implementing the company’s strategic plan to drive growth and profitability through revenue growth and strong cost control, with a particular focus on AI development and accelerating QBNK’s DAM growth in the Enterprise segment, with the Nordics as its home base.
