About Lantmännen

Lantmännen is one of Sweden's largest agricultural cooperatives, owned by over 18,000 farmers. They operate across agriculture, food production, energy, and machinery, with dozens of brands, hundreds of sites, and teams spread across multiple countries.

That scale means millions of digital assets. Product images, marketing materials, technical documents, legal files created by different teams, for different brands, in different markets. Keeping it all organized, accessible, and consistent isn't a nice-to-have. It's a daily operational challenge.

Lantmännen's existing DAM had been built on an on-premise platform that had grown impossible to scale. It couldn't connect to the tools their teams relied on (Optimizely, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Microsoft Office 365) forcing manual workarounds into daily workflows.

Assets often lacked proper metadata, making it hard to find the right file, in the right version, at the right time. With no clear governance in place, the wrong assets slipped through.

With over 18,000 farmer-owners, dozens of brands spanning food, energy, and heavy machinery, and assets spread across departments and locations Lantmännen needed more than a new tool. They needed a single source of truth.
