QBNK hereby announces that one of the company’s shareholders, Ola Knutsson, today, 1 December, has purchased 47,233 shares and has thus passed the flagging threshold of 10%.

Total holding before the transaction: 932,079 shares, corresponding to 9.6% of the shares and votes in the company. The corresponding figures after the transaction amount to 979,312 shares, representing 10.04% of the shares and votes in the company.
