QBank has been chosen as DAM-platform by a Finnish University to manage digital assets. QBank will be integrated with Finna, the Finnish national search service in archives of libraries and museums.
A Finnish University has placed an order for QBank with the aim to share digital images, files and documents with all Finnish Universities. This means that QBank will become a central platform for a number of solutions and websites. QBank will also be integrated with Finna, a central search tool that ties together the several different archives of libraries and museums.
This contract means that QBank will gain further recognition on the Finnish market as well as the academic area. QBNK has previously announced a collaboration with University of Californa and will together attend an international conference in Finland on June 9-11 to disucss technology and tools for global research.
The initial value of this order 0,5 million SEK.
